1、 Product introduction

The design concept of Metalyser HM1000 is that it can test most commonly existing toxic heavy metals, and the measurement can reach the PPb level. It is easy to operate and the pretreatment is simple, and it can be applied to the site. HM1000 is applicable to both developing countries and developing countries. Compared with the similar instruments on the market at present, its advantages are: accurate measurement, high portability and cost advantage.
This heavy metal analyzer introduces a new design concept in electrochemical analysis. Based on the recognized anodic cathodic stripping voltammetry technology. The specially designed detection device uses the most common three electrode system, including the counter electrode, reference electrode and working electrode. In addition, the probe device includes a vibrator, a temperature probe and a space reserved with three working electrodes, which allows multi parameter testing within a unit without changing the electrodes and computers.

1. Detection principle: anodic stripping method.

3. The device is safe and non-toxic in operation. The anodic stripping method uses bismuth film detection technology instead of conventional mercury film detection method. The reagent contains no volatile toxic substances such as mercury, which will not cause secondary environmental pollution in the detection process.
4. The instrument and probe are required to be designed with IP67 dust-proof and waterproof grade. The probe connecting line is 2m long. The probe can be directly thrown into the surface water to be measured for detection. The electrode is detachable and pluggable, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement.
5. The electrode is connected to the probe with a waterproof sealing joint. The overall waterproof performance of the instrument reaches IP67, and it is equipped with electrode polishing paper.
6. The instrument can detect 11 parameters: the standard configuration can detect 8 kinds of heavy metals Pb (lead), Cd (cadmium), Cu (copper), Zn (zinc), Hg (mercury), As3+(trivalent arsenic), As (total arsenic), Tl (thallium). Heavy metals such as Ni, Cr and Mn can also be selected. All detection methods are built in the instrument, and only the corresponding reagents are required.
7. The instrument is equipped with the original electrode connector and electrode tube. Users can develop their own chemically modified carbon paste electrode according to their needs.

16. Software attached to the instrument shall be updated and upgraded free of charge for life; For maintenance beyond the warranty period, no door-to-door service fee is charged, and only the cost of parts is charged.
